Native American or First Nations

Site Map

Our First Nations or Native American section is new.  It is only  a very small percentage of complete.

Each reservation runs under its own government.  Be respectful of their dances as these are religious ceremonies and
should be treated as such, with no applause. Do not take photos unless you ask permission.  Beware of buying any arts
and crafts that are not authentic.  The Indian Arts and Crafts Association issues a brochure that gives tips on how to be an
“educated” buyer.  They can be contacted at 505-265-9149,  www.iaca.com  or emailed at: iaca@ix.netcom.com .
You can also contact the Arizona American Indian Tourism Association, 7119 E. Shea Blvd. ste. 109-244, Scottsdale, AZ 85254
